I wanted to work at Woody Anderson Ford because WAF prides itself in putting customers first and providing an exceptional experience delivered with integrity. When I started here, I didn’t have any experience in the car business and I was so grateful for the full support I received. Support came from my team members, managers, and the owner, Cathy Stender. Mrs. Stender made a point of checking in on the progress of my training regularly. I look forward to being here each and every day.
When I moved to Huntsville, I spent a lot of time researching the right dealership to work for. From everything I found, Woody Anderson stood out for its professionalism and genuine commitment to both customers and employees. From my initial research, to the interview process, and now as a salesperson, that impression hasn't changed. The team truly cares about your growth—not only professionally, but personally as well. Every day, I'm encouraged to be the best version of myself and continue growing in all areas of life. I'm grateful to be part of an organization that invests in its people and creates an environment
Having spent over a year at Woody Anderson Ford, I have truly found my stride in my role. Thanks to the incredible support from our dedicated team and management, I am excited about the continuous growth and opportunities that lie ahead. Embracing the Woody Anderson Ford culture has been an inspiring journey and I look forward to what thefuture holds.
What I like about Woody Anderson is how they will train you to get to where you want to be. When I started at Woody Anderson, I was just an oil changer in our maintenance department. Now, after 6 years, I have moved up to being a Senior Master and working in the Pro Elite shop. No matter what you want to do, the people here will make sure you can achieve your goals.
I find it amazing and comforting that Woody Anderson Ford always comes together so quickly to help one of their own because we are a family here.
Working in mobile service gives me a level of independence and professional growth that you just can't find in a traditional shop environment. Being out on the road means every day brings a fresh experience, keeping the work engaging and dynamically changing. I truly appreciate the freedom to manage my day while directly delivering high-quality, convenient care to our community. It is incredibly rewarding to solve unique challenges on the fly and see the immediate impact of my work.
My career at Woody Anderson Ford started a year and a half ago when I moved from Iowa to Huntsville for the position as a Senior Master Technician. Although challenging at times, it has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have made. The dealership takes pride in its technicians, and Everyone here at Woody Anderson Ford treats each other as family. I’m proud to be both a colleague as well as a mentor to the younger generation of technicians. There hasn’t been a day where I haven’t been treated with the utmost respect. Thank you Woody Anderson ford for bringing me into the family!
I started as a technician while I was still a senior in high school and have been in the industry for nearly four years. I began as an oil changer and worked my way through an apprenticeship at another dealership. One of my goals was always to earn my certifications, but my previous dealership never gave me the opportunity to attend training. After joining Woody Anderson Ford, it took just three days for me to be enrolled in my first class, and I've since completed two more. That commitment to employee growth made an immediate impression on me. Since starting at WAF, I've felt like part of a family. You might expect a dealership this large to feel impersonal, but that's far from the case. The support, opportunities, and culture here have made me proud to be a member of the WAF family.
